The Cost:

Emergency In Home Service Call: $50 per appointment 
The $50 fee covers the service call and up to ONE HOUR of technical support.  Each additional hour will be $35 per hour. 

Parts are NOT included.  If parts are needed, they must be prepaid and will be installed in our studio.  We do not perform ANY hardware replacement outside of our studio. Hardware installation is a $35 per hour labor charge.

Drop Off Service Call: $35 per drop off
The $35 fee covers up to ONE HOUR of technical support.  Each additional hour will be $35 per hour.  This fee does not include PARTS.  If parts are needed, they must be prepaid and will be installed in our studio.  Hardware installation is a $35 per hour labor charge.
